Boneless Beef Short Ribs
Tender braised short ribs served with chef’s choice risotto and seasonal vegetables

Stella’s Salmon
Grilled Norwegian salmon topped with a strawberry and cranberry gastrique, served with herbed mushroom farro and seasonal vegetables

Long Bone Pork Chop
All natural Duroc pork chop, topped with a sweet and savory apple cranberry chutney, served with butternut squash hash (apples, cranberries, onion and bacon) and seasonable vegetables

Tuscan Chicken
Grilled chicken breast, creamy parmesan and garlic sauce tossed with spinach and mushrooms, served on a bed of house-made fettuccine

Harvest Pasta (vegetarian)
Fresh sage, brown butter, white wine and cream, with a pinch of brown sugar, tossed with spinach, goat cheese, toasted walnuts and our house-made pappardelle pasta
