Pureed chickpeas, tahini, garlic and lemon.
Pureed grilled eggplant, tahini and lemon.
Deep-fried fava bean and chickpea patties, tomatoes, pickles, and cucumber. Served with tahini.
Meat Grape Leaves
Grape leaves stuffed with beef, lamb, rice and house seasonings. Served with yogurt.

Grilled marinated chicken breast strips served with garlic sauce.
Grilled marinated chicken kabobs served with garlic sauce.
Charbroiled beef filet tenderloin, grilled green pepper and onions.
Charbroiled marinated ground beef mixed with parsley, onion and house spices.
A combination of beef and lamb served in a pita wedge and topped with lettuce, onion, tomatoes and homemade tzatziki.

Grilled salmon with lemon seasoning paired with garlic and herb-sautéed shrimp.
